      •  All orders are processed Monday to Friday, within 24 to 72 business hours from the date of purchase.

  • No. Due to the nature of personalized and custom-embroidered products (such as those with names or custom designs), we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Shipping Costs
     •   Free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $164 AUD.

  • For orders under this amount, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.
  • Express shipping options are available for an additional fee (if selected at checkout).

Shipping Carriers

All deliveries are handled by trusted carriers and are subject to their individual policies and timelines.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Order Processing & Handling

Orders are packed and shipped from our studio in Queensland.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Address Accuracy & Customer Availability

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including street name, number, suburb, city, and contact details.

We cannot deliver to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Please ensure someone is home to receive the package, or follow the tracking information to be available on the delivery day.
