All Embroidered and Custom Products — No Returns or Exchanges

All embroidered products — including personalized items, ready-to-ship embroidered towel sets, baby gift boxes, and embroidered baby accessories — are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

This is because:


  • They are artisanal, handcrafted, and one-of-a-kind.
  • We keep very limited stock or produce them in small batches.
  • We cannot guarantee making another identical piece.
  • Many are custom designs or color combinations that are exclusive.



For these reasons, we strongly recommend that customers review all product details, photos, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Non-Embroidered Products

For non-embroidered products, we offer a 5 Business Days Return Policy:


  • You have 5 business days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returned items without a prior return request.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for embroidered products.

For non-embroidered products, the fastest way to receive what you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your eligible return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
